Contracts are annual and billed monthly for the prior month's services. Thus, you will only be billed for services rendered. Please note that an initial deposit is required upon acceptance of a new contract.
Your account manager will visit your property and provide you with a menu of services and pricing you may select. You may select any of these services. However, some services are packaged as "plans" with multiple visits per year for best results.
No. As long as we have access to your yard (gates are unlocked) and pets are inside, our crews can complete the service while you are away.
